I am amazed at the new employee training, the people handling skills and the great, FRESH, food layout for this GRAND OPENING. The food choices were great, prime rib, fish choices, braised short ribs and every type of salad and breakfast choices. When I went to the bar, they gave everyone 2 drinks for each ticket. The bar was separate from the food and there were 2 free drink tickets given to every one comin in. When we were led to uur table, we noticed there were 2 buffet tables that served both sides and they were on opposite sides of the room. These 2 lines were even slower, about 1 1/2 hours. We (5) stood in the player card line for about 45 minutes and then went to the butter line about 15 minutes early. We arrived 1 hour early, our buffet reservation was for 11am. We decided to call ahead and find out we needed to sign up for a players card, that gave us a reasonable discount for the buffet. I must say with as many brand new staff on hand, and even though we had reservations, every thing moved slowly. This was their first attempt at very high attendance and resturant volume.
